Game Music
A gamer of all varieties since early childhood, I find game music to be the most intriguing form of entertainment. It is an amalgamation of different genres, styles and soundscapes, and never ceases to inspire.
My experience as a game musician mostly comprises of my own inspiration and jams, but also a large amount of commission work for Loru Games. All the games in their learning game platform feature music composed and produced by yours truly.
Metal & Orchestral Music
Metal music has been my gig since I heard Dio’s Holy Driver on my father’s car radio when I was five years old. I have sang, produced, written and composed metal music for around 20 years. I sing in the band Hanging Garden, which is now writing their eigth full-length album and recently signed to Agonia Records.
In addition to Hanging Garden, I write and produce music for my youtube channel, a yet to be named southern gothic/country project, and a geeky music collaboration Songs of the CVLT.
Sound Design & Voice
On top of game music, I have dabbled in general sound design, SFX and voice acting. The biggest gig has been the ongoing project Skywind, which is a massive effort of hundreds of people to bring the game Morrowind to a more modern game engine. I have read hundreds of lines of dialogue for the project, which has been a great and novel experience!
Loru Games’ learning platform has been another project for which I have done SFX and some VA stuff. I also did foley recordings for their corprate launch trailer (and of course composed the music and did the video post production!). Check it out below!
